Q. Where is the card condition mentioned ?

A. The card condition is mentioned in the description right next to/below the card with terms like NM,LP,MP etc. However, some cards contain both the front and back picture of the card and so no condition needs to be mentioned as it is inferred.

Q. What is the full form of these terms ?

A. NM = Near Mint, LP = Lightly Played , MP = Moderately Played , HP = Heavily Played ,      DMG = Damaged. LP+ = Between NM-LP, LP- = Between LP-MP.

Q. How to rank them from best to worst ?

A. NM > LP+ > LP > LP- > MP > HP > DMG.

Q. What is the condition of Cards @ 25, Cards @ 49 and Cards @ 99 Rs?

A. All cards in this category range from LP to NM unless particularly mentioned.

Q. Where can i find the refund and shipping policy ?

A. Both can be found at the bottom of the Home page.

Q. What does Binder Copy mean ? 

A. A Card with a good front but the back may have dents or ranges from MP - DMG.

Q. What are the steps for Custom Order/Direct UPI ?

Steps for Custom Order :

1. Finalise your Cart.
2. Press the Checkout button.
3. Fill in your Contact Information.
4. In Payments option choose Custom Order/Direct UPI instead of Paytm.
5. Press Complete Order button.
6. Pay directly via UPI/Bank Transfer on Hobbiejr@cnrb  or WhatsApp on 7009277434 for QR code.
