Refund policy

All Sales are Final. Due to nature of these Collectibles there will be no refunds or exchanges. All products are listed with all the relevant information about them. Pokemon cards as well as games can be easily switched with fakes/replicas. One scammer spoils the hobby for all and so there are no refunds or exchanges. However errors may still happen like a different character card being shipped out, so it is advised to make a full unedited opening video of the parcel once you receive it and if there is any card missing/different from what you ordered, it will be promptly corrected.

Further all cards have been pictured at the best quality and objectively labelled so as to view the conditions of the card . However, any card which is available in multiple conditions ie LP-,MP,HP etc may have only a single picture of such a card in LP condition, this is only for representation purposes and is not that of the actual card .The actual card that will be shipped will be of such condition which has been chosen in the cart. To remove any ambiguity in such cases, the buyer is advised to reach out to us via Whatsapp before making a purchase.
